Nanosilk Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nanosilk. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please note that a detailed section of our website provides full information about our shipping policy, including delivery times, carriers used, and procedures in case of shipping issues.

This document is intended to inform you about our returns and refunds policy, applicable to purchases made on our website.

Returns

You may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receiving your products.
However, due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or partially used. Returns are accepted only for products in their original condition , accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Except for damaged items, product replacements are not available. You may return the item and place a new order instead.

To request a return, please contact us at ordini@nanosilk.it, providing your order number, a description of the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 days and automatically applied to your original payment method (or another method you specify), excluding original and return shipping costs.

Shipping

To ship your return, print the return label we send you by email and attach it securely to the outer box so the courier can scan it.

Drop off your package at the selected courier location—your return will be fully trackable. Please ensure you obtain a shipping receipt (paper or digital) with a tracking number.

If you choose to use an alternative shipping method, the return shipment is at your own risk.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order does not arrive, or if you receive a package that is incomplete or damaged, please contact us within 48 hoursof the expected or actual delivery date at info@nanosilk.it, specifying the issue and attaching clear photos showing the damage or the contents of the package.

We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly. In the case of a verified defect or missing item, we will—at your choice—either send a replacement package or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
